Schools Replacing Analog Clocks With Digital Clocks

Telling time isn't what it used to be, at least for kids nowadays, there are schools in the U.K. who are replacing analog clocks with digital clocks because they don't know how to read them.

The London Telegraph reports that during test time, students weren't sure how much time they had left because they couldn't tell the time, which caused even more stress. “The current generation aren’t as good at reading the traditional clock face as older generations,” said Malcolm Trobe, secretary of Association of School and College Leaders.

Those of previous generations remember learning how to tell time in the classrooms, however, despite smartphone technology, it has caused new generations used to seeing time as digital.
