Richard Simmons and his live-in caretaker/driver, Theresa Reveles, discovered an unauthorized tracking device on Theresa's car.
The two are now suing Los Angeles private detective, Scott Brian Matthews, for alleged invasion of privacy and trespass, and suffering of 'mental anguish, anxiety, feeling of powerlessness, frustration, and humiliation.'
According to the Hollywood Reporter, the Live View GPS device was on the car for over a year, and was initially planted to see if Richard was under going a gender transition.
