We can all remember that one custodian in our school that's made an impact on us.
The students at Moody Elementary wanted to show their appreciation for their custodian Mr. Eugene so threw him a big surprise on "Custodian Appreciation Day."
He was told a student had an "accident in the gym," so he headed over prepared to clean up a mess. Little did he know what was really awaiting him in the gym.
When he entered the gym he was greeted by the school's entire third-grade class shouting "surprise" and "thank you!" Mr. Eugene was speechless and was instantly emotional. Each student took time and made something special to show their own appreciation for him.
It goes to show you how someone's demeanor and attitude can make a huge impact on people!
