This is spooky! But Halloween is right around the corner... so it's that time of year.
Footage was just released of a wheelchair that appeared to move all on its own. The staff at Post-Graduate Institute of Medical Education Research in India are nervous to work the night shift after seeing this incident!
The ghost footage was captured on the security cameras. In the video, you see a wheelchair parked against a wall, slowly moving out down a ramp and then into a garden.
According to the doctor at the hospital, he denied any rumor that it was a ghost.
The physician stated “It rolled on the smooth floor and went out. It was just wind and not any ghost.”
