Halloween is right around the corner and people have been getting creative on how to practice their favorite traditions while still staying safe and practicing social distancing!
One that is specifically difficult this year is Trick-or-Treating. This person created a candy chute that is very easy to replicate this Halloween. Andrew Beattie of Ohio posted a photo of this six-foot long orange and black candy chute that he attached to his handrail. All you have to do is place the candy at the top, then it'll go through the chute and the kids can open up their bags to collect the candy from a safe distance as it comes out the bottom of the tube. Andrew also made it clear that he plans on wearing a mask and replacing his gloves often to make sure he is extra safe.
It's also pretty simple to make! All you need is a 6' x 4" cardboard shipping tube that he decorated in Halloween colors. He also is planning on putting a sign at the bottom so everyone knows how it works.
Such a fun idea! What do you think?
