Newsom just confirmed that LA County will be cleared for the most restrictive tier of the state's economic reopening by Friday.
Today, a decision is expected on whether Los Angeles County will allow all businesses under the less restrictive red tier to actually reopen, meaning indoor dining at restaurants. Once the state hits the 2 million dose milestone in low income communities, the state's Blueprint for a Safer Economy which governs businesses re-openings will be adjusted.
The red tier allows countries to reopen indoor restaurants, fitness centers and movie theaters while also increasing capacity at retail stores and malls.
