The restaurant business is finally returning back to normal after the pandemic left many without a job.
Now restaurants are experiencing another issue, they can't find enough workers. Many restaurants are having difficulty staffing up for the busy summer months and are offering sign-on bonuses and other perks to lure in workers. They are slowly showing signs of recovery, with $61 billion in sales last month, which is nearly the same as March 2019, one year before the pandemic started.
