Here's what to expect when Knott's Berry Farm reopens this week!
Knott's will officially reopen on Thursday, May 6th to season passholders. Here's what you can expect! There's a new Bear-y Tales dark ride after a year long closure. The park is also preparing to celebrate its 100th anniversary and relaunch the Summer Nights food festival later this month. On May 21st, the park will reopen to the general public.
Any passholders and single-day visitors will need to make an advance reservation online and choose an arrival time to get into the theme park. No tickets will be sold at the front gate due to the state's COVID-19 mandates. All season passholders can only have one active reservation at a time. Knott's Soak City water park has not yet announced a reopening date. Keep in mind that theme park tickets and advance reservations are limited only to California residents and are available online at the Knott's website or through the park's mobile app.
Knott's will follow familiar COVID-19 health and safety protocols with limited capacity, masks required, social distancing, sanitizing and contactless payments. You'll be able to check out Knott's Bear-y Tales: Return to the Fair 4-D Interactive Dark ride starting on May 6th! The new ride will explore a 1970's concept and adds a more digital twist to the original story with Boysenberry Blasters that fire jam at pie-thieving coyotes!
