The pandemic has left a lot of us working from home indefinitely, which means access to our fridge 24/7.

If you're struggling with mindless snacking here are some tips to help you avoid going overboard.

  1. Fill your kitchen with fiber-rich foods.
  2. Ask yourself, "Do I really want this now?" or "Am I craving this food because I'm hungry or because I'm bored or stressed?".
  3. Don't bring it home; If you don't want to derail your diet goals, leave snacks that will sabotage your efforts in the grocery aisle.
