Meet Augustus!
Augustus is a two year old medium terrier (45 lbs) and is super playful and energetic. He absolutely loves his tennis ball and playing fetch. A fenced-in yard is a must for this guy and we think he would also make a great hiking buddy!
Augustus is fully potty trained and is not destructive when left alone. We are working with him on crate training and his new adopter should continue this so he has structure and routine. We sense Augustus hasnât had much consistency in his life so far, and we really want that for him.
Augustus does like to socialize and play with other dogs, but would do best as an only dog in the household since he does have some resource guarding when it comes to his food and toys. He has not been cat tested yet, and we recommend a home with kids 12 and over.
