Two words to make your Saturday morning brighter: CROISSANT CEREAL. A couple from Brooklyn has started selling tiny hand rolled croissants from their apartment. New Yorkers are lining up waiting half an hour for the bakery to open for a chance to grab a box of the Petite Croissant Cereale available every morning.
These mini croissants are hand rolled every morning into itty bitty triangles like a normal croissant which requires a lot of work from these bakers. After they are rolled, they are dehydrated and covered in cinnamon-sugar then baked fresh. These boxes contain 250 baby croissants and stay crunchy in milk although the shelf life is only two weeks.
