Starbucks has unleashed its full complement of holiday beverages and they're always in high demand, but which ones are most likely to put you in sugar shock or add some unneeded calories to your body?
HUFFPOST spoke with nutritionists to get their take.
The Salted Caramel Latte is the worst thing you could drink. The seasonal treat has 470 calories, 10 grams of saturated fat, and 59 grams of sugar. That's double the daily recommended amount of added sugar.
The best of the bunch is the Iced Sugar Cookie Almond Milk Latte. It checks in at 150 calories with 3.5 grams of total fat, 0 grams of saturated fat, and 25 grams of added sugar. This drink won't totally throw your daily nutrition off.
Drinks like the Gingerbread Latte, Chai Latte, and Peppermint Mocha land somewhere in-between. As always, you should read the nutritional values if you are concerned about what the beverages contain.
