The Fork Report Hour 2 (05/30) - Oliver Kremer, one of the Founders of Mic Drop, joins the show! Food was never intended to be an afterthought at Mic Drop. The founders have created an elevated, shareable menu including shrimp cocktail, truffle popcorn, caviar service, and charcuterie boards. They also partnered with Avalou’s Italian Pizza Company, run by Louis Lombardi (known for The Sopranos), bringing in a playful signature dish: the Fuhgeddaboudit pizza that's made with pastrami, pickles, and mustard.
